1. Healthy woman with NO inheritable diseases
2. Age between 21 to 29 years old (with some exceptions)
3. Be a Non-smoker
4. No history of any Illegal Drug Use
5. Legal status while in the USA
6. No past history of any legal conviction
7. Be a responsible and caring person
8. Able to travel to San Francisco or to Honolulu
9. Able to understand and follow Doctor's instructions
10. Able to learn and perform self-injections
11. Able to take Blood tests and Pelvic exams
12. Able to get understanding and support from spouse, boyfriend, or parner, as applicable.
